I have an employee who has a very poor attitude to work. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, attitude is about behaviour and if an employee’s behaviour is having a detrimental impact on the business then this can be addressed. This would be managed as poor conduct, as they are behaving in an unacceptable way. It may be appropriate to address this matter informally (to begin with) or formally, depending on the circumstances.
