She has extensive experience across all areas of HR from managing employee relations such as disciplinary and grievance; to change management, restructures, redundancies and TUPE; to designing and implementing employee engagement, performance management and reward and recognition strategies. She is committed to developing and implementing people solutions that deliver business goals.
