Angie Dansey is an experienced HR Professional with a strong knowledge of employment law legislation, employee relations and employee development. She has a proven track record of implementing HR policies, practices and procedures in high-pressure environments. Before working in HR Angie had 12 years’ experience working as an Operations Manager which provided her with the experience and understanding of the commercial pressures that businesses must deal with on a day to day basis. This has enabled Angie to understand the needs of clients and have a true appreciation of the time and distraction that HR issues can cause in the workplace. Angie has extensive experience and expertise in employment relations, specialising in matters such as long-term absence and conduct and performance issues. She also a trained mediator.
