Senior HR Consultant
Fiona Haworth, has 30 years’ experience in HR. She has spent the last 15 years working as an HR Consultant, supporting clients through a wide variety of employment issues, including restructures / redundancies, TUPE transfers, disciplinary and grievance matters, long-term absence etc. She also has extensive, hands-on experience of drafting and implementing employment contracts and employee handbooks. Fiona has a strong knowledge of employment law legislation and supports clients with employment tribunal claims. Working closely with a Barrister she ensures cases are fully prepared and defended robustly. Fiona works with clients to develops strategies to help them meet their objectives. She explains complex issues in ‘jargon-free' language and sets out any procedures that need to be followed in clear, logical steps. Prior to working in consultancy, Fiona spent fifteen years in numerous HR generalist and management roles within the Financial Services sector.
