HR Co-ordinator

Before joining Practical HR, Natalie had been working in HR for almost 2 years during which time she achieved the CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice and acquired a keen interest in employee relations and employment law. Natalie joined us in 2016 as an HR Administrator / Account Manager and was greatly involved in our client websites but also worked closely with our Consultants to provide administrative support and to further develop her skills and knowledge. This led to her developing into becoming a HR Co-ordinator; this role involves her assisting the Consultants in many aspects of their work including drafting of HR documents and letters, communications monitoring and supporting clients' cases.
